The curriculum of the school is designed not only to cater for intellectual development but also to enhance the psychological, moral and physical needs of the pupils. Hence, the curriculum focuses on three developmental stages:
(a) Cognitive domain- this focuses on mental knowledge and intellectual skills
(b) Psychomotor domain- this focuses on manual dexterity, excellent movement, good gait (manner of walking) and sharp reflexes.
(c) Affective domain- this entails personality growth, character formation and attitudinal development.
In order to attain these developmental stages, we offer the following subjects: Numeracy, Literacy, Science, Geography, History, ICT, Socio-Civic, Verbal and Quantitative Reasoning, Creative Writing, Religious Education, Music, Arts and Craft, Practical Life, Life Orientation, Rhymes, Home Economics and Hand Writing. We also engage our pupils in extra-curricular activities such as STEM & Coding, Ballet, Swimming, Diction and Taekwondo.
We run an inclusive school welcoming children with learning difficulties because we believe each child is unique and can attain their zenith if given an enabling environment to learn and thrive.
We encourage lots of hands on learning making the educational process fun, flexible and efficient using the montessori/high scope approach that have an active and participating character.
This method helps the children explore and achieve their full potentials.
